2650387 - SAP Cloud Connector - Unable to handshake with notification server

Symptom

SAP Cloud Connector can not connect to notification server. The following exception can be seen in ljs_trace:

java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException
[...]
Tunnel handshake failed! Closing the tunnel channel immediately
java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException

com.sap.scc.servlets.RequestFailureExecution$IllegalState: RequestFailureExecution
[...]
