Last approver receives an error message when attempting to approve the workflow.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflow

1. Login/proxy as the last approver of the workflow.
2. Locate the workflow.
3. Click on 'Approve'.
4. Error message pops up.

Possible causes

• RBP: Last approver doesn't have sufficient permissions to do the changes.
• Data issue: Corrupted data, incorrect associations, incorrect mapping from RCM or OBD.
• Rules: OnSave rule fails.

Rules:

Remove all onSave rules and test if the error still occurs. The add one rule after the other and test each time until the rule that is causing the issue is identified.
