Symptom
Your SAP Business One installation has been upgraded to release 9.3 PL04 (or higher). When you try to post a receipt from SAP Customer Checkout it gets stuck in the CCO Monitor in status Inconsistent. The error message in the CCO Monitor is
Exception : DI Error: (-2028) No matching records found (ODBC -2028)-The di call #1 did fail.
When you check the B1i logs the error is
com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.bizprocessor.BizProcException: BPE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.utilities.UtilException: UTE001 Nested exception: com.sap.engine.lib.xml.util.NestedException: 005 - B1 Error (0010000101): Exception : DI Error: (-2028) No matching records found (ODBC -2028)-The di call #1 did fail.
Another error is generated for Cash Transactions (Cash-In / Cash-Out), however below cause and resolution can be applied all the same:
999 - DI Error: (-10) Invalid cash flow primary item [??????? 3741-3]-The di call #1 did fail.
