2650696 - Section Weight in Ad Hoc reports is blank even though Section Weight is set in the Form - Performance Management

In an Ad-Hoc report on a Performance Form the Section Weight comes up as blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Make sure, that Section Weights are set for the section you are reporting on

2. Go to Analytics
3. Create an Ad Hoc report on Performance Management domain
4. Choose to show 'Section Weight' as one of the columns
5. Run the Report
6. Section Weight shows as blank

This issue is caused by the setup of the section. When the section is configured with no-weight="true" or in Manage Templates the option "Include the ability to enter in a weight" has been disabled. Please see below examples:

"Include the ability to enter in a weight" is disabled.

To resolve this issue the tag in the xml needs to be changed to no-weight="false"

or enable the setting "Include the ability to enter in a weight" in the affected Section under Manage Templates

Running the Ad hoc report with these settings will populate the Section Weight

Note: Changing the configuration of the form template with either of the options above will have no effect on already launched forms.

For these changes to take effect the PM forms need to be launched with the updated template.
