2650698 - Offer Letter PDF is getting generated in Arial even though in system it is defined as Verdana - Recruiting Management

Offer Letter is generated in a specific font. When the offer letter gets generated as a PDF however, the font defaults to Arial

1. While generating an offer letter for a candidate, create it using any font type eg. Times New Roman
2. Once created, send the offer letter to the candidate
3. In the preview section the offer letter will appear in Arial font

This is an expected behaviour as per system design.

When a user performs a Print action, Offer Letter contents goes through a HTML to PDF conversion. This provides user with a PDF file to be printed. The way in which this HTML to PDF conversion is implemented currently allows only for Arial Unicode MS font.

Workaround
Please consider the "e-mail as Text" function for generating Offer Letters as this function accommodates various font types.
