Symptom

  • Execute the function user_name() to get the name of a user associated to a user ID.
  • The ID number of a user is greater than 2 147 483 647.
  • The execution fails with the following error message:

Could not execute statement.
Value 2147484648 out of range for destination
SQLCODE=-158, ODBC 3 State="22003"
