Symptom
How to check, if an e-mail was sent or bounced back when e-mail was sent from within an account, contact or individual customer.
Environment
SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
We will use account as example.
- Go to the Customers work center.
- Select the Accounts view.
- Open an account.
- Select the Activities facet.
- Click the New button.
- Enter the relevant data.
- Click the Send button.
You want to know if the e-mail was sent or bounced back.
Resolution
You have to add the column Bounced to the e-mail table using adapt or personalize mode.
If the checkbox is flagged it means that the e-mail was not sent to the recipient and has been bounced back.
If the checkbox is not flagged it means that the e-mail was sent to the recipient.
