Symptom
Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
- Customer tries to disable TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 on Windows Server
- Security requirement is that only TLS 1.2 should be allowed on the system
- Some components in SAP Contact Center (CCtr) are not able to connect to the databases
- Logs capture similar errors:
- ERR> Exception in CheckDBConnectivity(). Reason: SQLDriverConnect failed ([Database Name]/08001/[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Shared Memory]SSL Security error|[Database Name]/01000/[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Shared Memory]ConnectionOpen (SECCreateCredentials()).)
