2650950 - Printing via the Succession Org Chart v12

Symptom

  • The ability to print in the SAP SuccessFactors Succession module > Succession Org Chart (SOC) v12 is not permitted due to no Print option located in the Succession Org Chart v12.
  • Print options are located in the internet web browser for this section of the module.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Succession
  • Succession Org Chart v12

Reproducing the Issue

The v12 version of the Succession Org Chart does not have a standalone option to print the SOC.

Resolution

  • As by design, there is no standalone ability for printing in SOC v12.
  • The best option is to save the SOC as a PDF File and then print that.
  • To do this from the Succession Org Chart v12, please follow these steps:
  1. Click the "Export" button
  2. Select "Save Succession Org Chart as PDF"
  3. Open the newly created PDF file and print
