2651137 - Recruiting Posting Credits Report

Symptom

I would like to know my Recruiting Posting credits balance.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Resolution

Users with Manage Recruiting Posting permissions (Account Administrator) can create a Recruiting Posting credits report.

To set up this report, go to Manage Recruiting Posting > My Reports and select "Recruiting Posting Credits Report" via the "+" button in the left bottom corner of the page.

A pop-up will appear, and you need to populate the required information and click "Save".

The report can be transmitted daily / weekly / monthly to monitor your Recruiting Posting credits consumption. You can edit or delete your report anytime.

In addition, you can display credits by entities by selecting "Yes" in "Include Entities".

Please note that to update a previously set up reports which are not available in "My Reports" at this time, contact Recruiting Posting Support.

Note: This report is now removed for SuccessFactors customers as Recruiting Posting credits are set to unlimited (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2948578).
