• 51job (API) job board is not available on my Recruiting Posting Interface.
• How can I activate posting on 51job (API) job board through Recruiting Posting?

Prior to 51job (API) job board configuration by Recruiting Posting support team, following activation steps need to be performed:

1. Ensure that a contract is signed with 51job
2. Ensure that all fees that 51job might apply for broadcasting via 3^rd party provider are paid and collect the API Access token
   
   Please note that Recruiting Posting is not involved in the process of fees application and contract negotiation that 51job job board can have. This action is between customer and job board.
   
   
3. Once contract details settled, please reach out to Recruiting Posting support team to request the activation

Once the connection is established and credentials updated, you need to post a first job in order to finalize the configuration. Based on this first posting, an additional job board specific field Companies / departments needs to be created and completed before jobs can be successfully published (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2976559).

Note that these activation steps apply only on the production environment. In preview, you can simply add the job board to your interface from the Job Board Marketplace, as there is no feed send from preview environment, the content of configuration doesn't matter, anything can be added.
