1. Ensure that Prerequisites mentioned in Configuring the Information Report Help Guide were met. 
2. Ensure that the custom MDF object is configured according to Creating a Custom MDF Object for the Information Report Help Guide.
3. For the required custom MDF object, you will need to set up "Legislatively Sensitive Data Configuration"in Configure Object Definitions > Create New > Legislatively Sensitive Data Configuration as shown in the below screenshots:
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. After saving the configuration, proceed with "OData API Metadata Refresh And Export" in Admin Center
5. Go to Data Subject Information > Configuration > Extensions and confirm if the custom object is available
   
   
   
   
6. You can now run the report for the desired user on required Data Subject Information > Data Subject Search> Person Search
   
   
   
   
7. Once the report has been generated, you can view the information under the Reports tab of Data Subject Information 
   
   

Note: Currently DSI does not display historical records information for the Custom MDF objects
