2651199 - How to unlock user password in Identity Authentication

Symptom

The user's password is locked in the Identity Authentication. The password of the user will be locked after five incorrect password logon attampts when trying to log on to the account. The user receives a notification e-mail that the password has been disabled for a certain time (60 minutes by default).
