2651200 - After disabling all other SSL/TLS except TLS 1.2 IA fails to apply changes

Symptom

  • You have disabled SSL/TLS versions: SSL 2.0 SSL 3.0 TLS 1.0 TLS 1.1  
  • Only TLS 1.2 is enabled
  • After the above changes, applying changes in Infrastructure Administrator "IA" fails
  • IA prints the error "Failed to apply configuration parameter changes"
  • Windows OS EventViewer contains the error "Security UserID" = S-1-5-18 (on the local system)
