2651223 - How due date is calculated for occurrence of the Offer Approval notification in TO DO Tile - Recruiting Management

 Offer approval is not showing in the mobile application

The offer will be viewed in the mobile application only when the due date is reached.

1. Manage Home Page Configuration>>To do >>General settings. 

2. The "Show completed tasks for " section will show the number of days until which the completed task would show even after the action has been completed.
Due date is measured as (last modified date + due date set up in Admin Center>> Form template Settings)  .

3. The "Show pending tasks starting" shows the number of days before the due date when the notification will appear in the mobile application.

The date of occurrence  of the Offer Approval notification in mobile application will be calculated as (Due Date calculated in point 2)-(number of days set up in point 3) .
