2651225 - XSA fails to start - Received shutdown request via signal TERM 15

After HANA 2.0 update XSA is failed to start and the last entry in the logs is to stop the xscontroller and xsexecagent via TERM 15:

xscontroller_0.log:

[Controller.Info]-[log]-[.]-[.]: Received shutdown request via signal TERM 15
[PlatformRouter]-[log]-[.]-[.]: Shutting down SAP WebDispatcher.

xsexeagent_0.log:

[EA.Main]-[log]-[.]-[.]: Received shutdown request via signal TERM 15
[EA.Main]-[log]-[.]-[.]: Stopping SAP XS Execution Agent...

If you check the status with sapcontrol, you can see also that all or some XSA services are not listed:
