2651253 - MEDCM 003 error in MEI1 when Version Management is active - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

When Version Management is activated in ECC, and when running MEI1 (Automatic Purchasing Document Change) for a Purchase Order (PO), the error MEDCM 003  - "Enter reason for change for version" occurs.
