Manager find that there are a dashboard Discrepancy when they compare My Employee pie chart with Curricula one

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login into LMS
  2. My Employee or Team pie chart show all green as seen below


  3. Click on My Employee tab and you will notice that there are some discrepancy compared to Curricula pie chat for each employee



My Employee Pie chart here is only used to indicate if all the employees in the team are on track or not and since they are (Employees) on track, then the chart will show all pie as green.

When we click into My Employee tab, you notice that the curricula has a different pie sections, this is because curricula pie chart sections only represent timeframes based on due dates.

Please look at the curricula screenshot above, you will see that the employee has two different sections as green and blue but they are both still within the timeframe and on track and this is reflected as a full green coloured My Employee pie chart.

The information displayed on the Curricula tile is hard coded and categorized in 3 topics:

  • Due Later: any item the user has more than 30 days to complete.
  • Due in 30 days: any item the user has 30 days or less to complete.
  • Overdue: any item the user did not complete in the required date.
