2651312 - Registering SAP Cloud Connector in Solution Manager fails - execve failed - Permission denied

Symptom

It is required to integrate SAP Cloud Connector in Solution Manager 7.2 system according to SAP Help: Configure Solution Management Integration. The registration process fails with the following exception in SCC's ljs_trace/scc_core.trc:
