2651375 - The New Experience for the Home Page 'Upgrade Now' Button Is Grayed Out

When trying to upgrade to the New Experience for the Home Page, the Upgrade Now button is grayed out.

SAP SuccessFactors Platform

1. Log into instance
2. Action Search: Upgrade Center
3. In the Optional Upgrades section, locate the New Experience for the Home Page upgrade and select Learn More & Upgrade
4. The Upgrade Now button is grayed out

The user performing the update does not have Manage Role-Based Permission Access enabled.

• The user can ask an admininstrator with Manage Role-Based Permission Access enabled to complete the upgrade
• The user can ask their super administrator to grant Manage Role-Based Permission Access with steps from Implementing Role-Based Permissions - Granting Administrators Access to RBP
