Symptom
Very long interactions within tickets are not fully displayed (lines are very long and continuous) and there are line breaks missing.
Environment
SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer / HTML5
Reproducing the Issue
- Log into the HTML5 client.
- Go to the Service work center.
- Select the Tickets view.
- Open ticket ABC (ABC represents the name of the ticket).
- Select the Interactions facet.
Here you find an interaction who’s formatting is not kept and it is not fully displayed.
Cause
This is the current expected system behavior.
Resolution
This issue is planned to be solved in one of our future releases.
Until a permanent solution is solved use the feature, which allows users to review the original content of HTML emails. You can access this feature from within the Interactions list, by hovering on the e-mail, clicking the gearwheel, and selecting View Message Details.
