2651820 - Reporting - Archive and Print not pulling data from People Profile (PP3)

Symptom

Publish a report in Archive and Print and results will only show User's Photo and values for Direct Report and Total Team

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Analytics
  2. Reporting
  3. Classic Reporting
  4. Archive and Print
  5. Click on Create New and choose Scorecard/Profile Archive select "Live Profile" and select any values
  6. Archive formats section choose Multiple PDF Archive and then click on Create and Archive a popup will appear and give a name to report and then click OK
  7. Open the result once completed and it will only show a PDF output of User's Photo and values for Direct Report and Total Team

Cause

Archive and Print is currently only supported in profile V12.

Resolution

Since Archive and Print is currently only supported in profile V12, there is an internal enhancement ticket to allow Archive and Print to support PP3 but timeline is not yet identified.

Please raise a product enhancement request to push this feature.
