2651869 - Candidate Relationship Management: Audit Data Purge – Recruiting Management

Symptom

This article is applicable for the scenario of integration between Recruiting Marketing (with Career Site Builder site version and Candidate Account Simplification enabled) and Recruiting Management.

Candidate Profile Extension primarily will be used to collect data from Candidates via Data Capture Forms which is a feature available in RMK Career Site Builder. In this context, when the Candidate Profile Extension (see KBA 2587869 - Candidate Profile Extension - Recruiting Management) data gets purged along with the candidate profile, the Audit Data needs to be purged too.

This article presents the available Data Retention Time Management (DRTM) purge request types and associated objects for Recruiting.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

The following tables presents the available DRTM purge request type and associated objects for Recruiting.

Purge Request Type

Purge Objects

Description

DRTM Inactive Candidate Purge

Candidate

Purges all data related to inactive candidates.

DRTM Inactive Application

Purge

Application

Purges all data related to inactive applications.

For more information about how to purge inactive candidates and/or inactive applications read the KBA 2103423 - DRM 2.0 to Purge Inactive Candidates and Inactive Applications in Recruiting - Recruiting Management.

Please also note: Since the Candidate Profile Extension stores data capture form information, when you do a candidate purge, every data will be deleted for data capture forms because the candidate profile extension is like a field in the candidate profile.
