2651919 - You are Unable to Add/ Edit the Scoping Question in the Project which you have Added via SDK

You are unable to add or edit the scoping question in the implementation project/ change project, which you have added via your PDI solution/ SDK.

1. Login to frontend UI.
2. Go to Business COnfiguration work center.
3. Naviagate to Implementation Projects View.
4. Select the project.
5. Edit project scope.
6. Go to Questions tab.
7. Navigate to the application area for wich you have created the scoping question.
8. The check box is greyed out when you try to select it.

The project you have selected is not in started status.

In order to change the scoping, you should have a project in Started status in the Business Configuration.
