2652208 - Manage Provisioning access - number of super admins created by each Provisioning user is incorrect

In Manage Provisioning Access, there is a coulmn for "Super Admins Created". This column displays the number of super admins created by each Provisioning User and if click on will provide details of the Super Admin created.

Provisioning users who have created Super Admins in the past are displaying 0 (zero) or less than they have created.

This is expect behavior. New column 'Super Admins' which could show how many super admins are created by specific provisioner is a new feature created for b1805.

This will only record newly created super admins after feature is released. Hence for all existing super admins, they will not be listed there.
