2652379 - 'Due Date', and '% Complete' Fields Appearing in PM form Popup

When adding a Development Goal to a PM form, there are unused fields appearing, such as Due Date & % Complete:

1. In a PM form scroll to the Development section
2. Click on View/ Edit/ Add and you will see the fields in the popup

These fields are system fields, hardcoded into the system and cannot be removed

Expected behavior. If you wish to have the possibility to remove these fields, please open an Enhancement Request - See below for link.
