2652389 - Error Message: “Identified stock ID XXXXX already exists for the product YYYYY; enter new ID” While Migrating the Identified Stock

Your requirement is to migrate Identified Stock for Products, but you receive the below error during the Simulation step:

Identified stock ID XXXXX already exists for the product YYYYY; enter new ID

*XXXXX represents the Identified Stock ID

*YYYYY represents the Product ID

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the activity Migration of Identified Stock
4. Select Migrate identified stock using the migration tool
5. Upload the Migration File
6. Execute Migration for the respective Migration File with Migration Mode Add new records
7. You receive the error message mentioned during the Simulation step

Identified Stock ID: XXXXX with status Active/ In Preparation already exists for the Product ID: YYYYY

You may verify using the below steps:

1. Go to Warehousing and Logistics Master Data work center
2. Go to Identified Stock view
3. Search for the Identified Stock ID: XXXXX

Correct the data in the Migration File and proceed with the migration activity.
