Resolution
Users with Manage Recruiting Posting permissions (Account Administrator) can create a Job Status Report.
To set up this report, go to Manage Recruiting Posting > My Reports and select Job Status Report by clicking "+" button in the left bottom corner of the page.
A pop-up will appear and you need to populate the required information and click Save.
Job Status Report displays a list of all active jobs (snapshot) and their status for an entity and its corresponding posting profiles posted on the selected set of job boards. It is available only in Excel format and can be set up as sent daily, weekly or monthly.
