2652461 - Cannot View Attachments When Approving Shopping Carts

You cannot find attachments when approving a shopping cart.

SAP Business ByDesign All Versions

1. Go to Managing My Area work center.
2. Go to Approvals view.
3. Find approval task: Approve Shopping Cart ABC (ABC refers to the shopping cart ID).
4. Although shopping cart ABC has a attachment, in the OWL, the content of attachment column is blank.
5. Open the approval task itself, you cannot find the attachment as well.

This is the standard system behavior. Attachments are not contained in the approval tasks for business documents in SAP Business ByDesign.

In order to view the attachment, the approver needs to open the original documents.

1. Open the approval task for shopping cart ABC, click on the blue link for shopping cart ABC.
2. Click View All button on the top right.
3. Navigate to Attachments tab, you can see the attachments here.
