2652469 - "Could not open app" error occurs for multiple Fiori applications

•  "Could not open app, Please try again later" when opening Fiori application Post Goods Receipt for Purchase Order. (Similar issue occurs to other applications as well)
•  Below trace is shown in F12 console log:

 "Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent #PurchaseOrder-createGR - Error: failed to load 'ui/s2p/mm/im/lib/materialmaster/library.js'

  ....../ui/s2p/mm/im/lib/materialmaster/library-preload.js: 404 - NOT FOUND

•  Executing report /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE fails, message show:

 No virus scan profile is selected as the "default"

• SAP Fiori
• Virus scan error message on running /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE
