How to restrict Data replication Monitor access based on Company or Country filter

• SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral HXM Suite
• Data Replication Monitor

• RBP General User Permission-> Live profile access and DRM
• Manage Integration tools->Access to Data Replication Monitor  
• Manage Integration tools->Restrict Access to Data Replication Monitor to Specific Target Population
• Create admin group and define what should be the target population for this that admin can have access to
• Create another permission group to define the target population the admins should have access to

• The Job Information-Company-Country category is only available if permission group filters are configured in your Succession Data Model as shown here:

• Set up role-based permissions for the group of admins and define the target population for them.

• Admin Center-> Manage Permission Groups->Create New-> Choose Group Members->Country-> USA
• Set up role-based permissions for the group of admins and define the target population for them.
• Create a new role-> Administrative permission-> MDF foundation objects-> Legal entity-> "view current" checkbox for Visibility.
• At the bottom, Grant this role to: Permission Group-> Select previously created group 
• User which should be having restricted access of DRM needs to be added to the permission group.
