2652895 - Exception UNKNOWN_ACTOR_TYPE in Leave Request Web Dynpro for ABAP Application

Symptom

While creating Leave request a ST22 short dump UNKNOWN_ACTOR_TYPE for leaves that cause deduction of Attendance Quota (Infotype 2007) arises in the backend.
