2652988 - Scope Selection does not work in several applications after upgrading to Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

After upgrading to a release on Solution Manager 7.2 you cannot access any application using the Scope Selection function, reaching error:

[Error]Error: failed to load 'sap/diagls/filterbar/system/Component.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/DIAGLSFILTERBAR/sap/diagls/filterbar/system/Component.js: 403 – Forbidden
