2653061 - Runtime Error when accessing Portal via Mobile or Tablet devices

• You are accessing the SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal via a Tablet or Mobile device
• When you access via the mobile device, a Portal Runtime error is displayed
• There are no issues when accessing the Portal via a Desktop device
• Checking the developer/default trace logs you see similar to either or both of the following entries:
