You would like to know how is YTD Revenue and Active Pipeline calculated in Accounts view.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customer Work Center View.
2. Select the Accounts View.
3. Select and open any Account.
4. You can see YTD Revenue and Active Pipeline field shown values in the Header section, but you don’t know how those values generated.

System calculation rule:

YTD Revenue = Cumulated the Expected Value of all opportunities for this account with status won and close date equal to this year.

Active pipeline = Cumulated Weighted Value of all opportunities for this account with status open or in process.
