2653542 - Ask for feedback: Ad Hoc / Detailed Reporting reports are not fetching correct information for certain feedback participants

Ad Hoc (Report - Table) and Detailed Reporting (Report-Canvas) reports created for Performance Management data, do not fetch expected information for the following fields:
Feedback Participant First Name
Feedback Participant Last Name
Feedback Participant Username
Feedback Participant Name

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Performance >Team Overview
2. Ask for Feedback for a user
   
   
   
   
3. Select 'Add external Email address'
4. Fill in the 'Email' field, leave the 'Name' field blank and request for feedback (Send email)
   
   
   
   
5. Create an Ad Hoc / Report - Table or Detailed Report / Report - Canvas report for Performance Management.
6. Include fields from the Ask for Feedback table and run the report.
1. Feedback Participant First Name, Feedback Participant Last Name and Feedback Participant Username will be blank
2. Feedback Participant Name will fetch the e-mail address instead of the name

The behaviour is expected for external Feedback participants.

Feedback Participant First Name, Feedback Participant Last Name and Feedback Participant Username
The SuccessFactors system has not way to fetch / or store data these fields since the external users simply do not exist in the SuccessFactors system.

Feedback Participant Name
When feedback is requested from external users, the 'Name' is not mandatory (Step 4).
Users can leave this field empty and in such cases, the system will automatically replicate the e-mail address to the Name field.

Suggestions:
Use the 'Add existing employee' option whenever applicable.
And if the 'Add external Email address' option is used, enter the desired 'Name' and don't leave the field blank
