Symptom

If the transaction dump contains an index that will be recovered as deferred item during the LOAD TRAN recovery, load transaction fails with the following message:
"The log for database <dbname> includes a CREATE INDEX (with deferred roll-forward) operation that is incompatible with this server version and operating environment."
