Resolution
On SAP Jam, it is not possible to change either text on the e-mail subject or on the e-mail content.
What is possible to change on the e-mail notifications is the e-mail template (Header, Footer and Background) as referred on this KBA 2218301 - SAP Jam: Customize email templates.
