2653628 - Budget value on worksheets doesn't update

Budget value on the worksheets doesn't update when the budget allocation changes but when new worksheets are launched, it would take the new value.

• Create a budget rule based on custom field. Here, the custom field has formula.
• Launch worksheets to see the current budget value.
• Update one of the fields that would result in changing the custom field that the budget rule was created on.
• Budget value remains the same when it was launched.
• Run update worksheets by selecting update budget option - still the budget wouldn't change.

This is expected behavior as the base custom field value is a custom field that has a formula and is not reloadable.

Budget would only get updated when the budget dependent fields are reloadable, which means they are coming from the UDF file. Essentially, when ever you import the budget related custom fields(after making changes) into the instance and select update budget on the worksheets the budget gets updated, but not with the custom fields that have formula.
