2653689 - HCMRPMU01_Q0001 Forecasted Utilization report shows only employees — how to include Service Agents (External Employees)

User want to use the report HCMRPMU01_Q0001 Forecast Utilization for service agents, but user can only see employees in this report. User want to use it to extract information about availability and commitments for service agents.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports view.
3. Search for HCMRPMU01_Q0001.
4. Open the report.
5. Only employees are seen in this report.

The report Forecasted Utilization displays the availability and commitments of Internal Employees as well as Service Agents (External Employees). 

If user are only seeing employees, it means user are missing Organizational and Job Assignment for the Service Agents in system.

Once user assign the Organizational and Job to Service Agents, these should start showing in the report. If user have maintained commitments, that should also be visible in the report.
