2653715 - How to reset password for SAP Jam access?

Users cannot reset their password for SAP Jam over the login page.

 User tries to reset their password from the SAP Jam login page:

On the next screen they insert their e-mail and click on reset button. They do not get an e-mail to reset their access afterwards.

Users are trying to reset their password through the wrong URL for their SAP Jam instances.

If customer SAP Jam instance is connected with BizX (SuccessFactors Foundation) they should be enable to reset their password using the Deeplink URL to access that specific JAM instance, for example: https://jamX.sapjam.com/c/companyID.cubetree.biz/auth/status.

If customer SAP Jam instance is connected with IAS they should be enable to reset their password using the Deeplink URL to access that specific JAM instance, for example: https://jamX.sapjam.com/c/xxxxx.accounts.ondemand.com/auth/status.
