Resolution
Google Maps distribute the jobs according to the zoom on the map. The logic is called marker clustering.
When there is more than one job posted on the RMK site and they are in the same region, Google Maps will group those jobs into clusters in order for the user to have better visibility.
As you click on the "+" symbol on the map, the region will be zoomed and google will split the jobs according to the location.
Note Google Maps also groups jobs that are in different countries but are in the same region. When zoomed in, again Google Maps splits the jobs according to their location.
Clusters group geographical points based on proximity to each other and zoom level. The markers and the clusters are unaware of the geographical boundaries on the map. This is why jobs from different countries will appear under the same cluster until zoomed in.
Note RMK does not control this behaviour. RMK simply consumes the Google API. For any enhancement to the feature, please send feedback to Google directly from this page about the Maps JavaScript API.
