Go to "Data Subject Information" in Admin Center
Go to Configuration

1 - "Data Subject Search" - Enables user to generate a Data Subject (employee, candidate, etc.)

Report containing all the data subject’s personal data available in the application

2- Enables customers to support Right to Information and other aspects called out under various GDPR articles

Report Configuration, including Data Purpose

Configure Data Subject Information Report

a. Data Purpose can be configured in multiple languages

b. Use the language button on the left hand corner

c. Information Report is printed in the language of the Data Subject

d. The data subject language / locale is picked from Options -> Language

e. Below is the preference in which data purpose is picked up, a. Data Purpose maintained by the customer by overwriting the default purpose specified by SF b. Language property file c. Default purpose delivered by SF

Summary Overview:

Data Subject Search

1. Person Search ➢ Employees ➢ This will search data from the modules EC / Non – EC, User, Talent, Learning, RCM, Onboarding ➢ If there are multiple User ID’s associated to a person, then data for all the User ID’s is printed

2. External Candidate Search ➢ RCM candidates ➢ Data is read from RCM only

3. Onboardee Search ➢ Onboardees who are not yet hired ➢ Data is read from Onboarding + RCM 4. Workforce Analytics ➢ Data is read from Workforce Analytics only ➢ Configure the search ( max 3 fields)
