2654053 - Preview Does Not Show Correct Pricing Components in Sales Documents

Symptom

You request external pricing in a sales document in C4C (Cloud for Customer). The pricing call is successfully calculated, however, when you open the PDF preview of the document, one or more pricing components are missing.

Reproducing the Issue

Example: you have an external pricing scenario setup for sales quotes in C4C and ERP.

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
  3. Open a sales quote.
  4. Add a product.
  5. Click on the Request External Pricing button and observe the calculated pricing. Pricing is calculated successfully.
  6. Open the PDF document by clicking on Actions > Preview and observe the listed components. Some of them are missing.

Cause

Not all pricing components are marked for printing in the external system.

Resolution

Open transaction V/08 in your ERP system and select the pricing procedure. You need to mark the pricing components for printing in the Print column for those components you need in the PDF document.
