Symptom
Available/remaining account balance is not shown for users on Time Off Homepage Tile
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 2.0
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Off
- v12 / People Profile (PP3)
Reproducing the Issue
1. Login as a user then navigate to Home Page.
2. Scroll down or go to the Homepage section where Time Off tile was assigned. Tile does not show any balance.
Cause
Possible reasons for not showing the account balance in Time Off Homepage tile are as follows:
1. Main Absence Time Type for the Time Profile assigned to the user does not have a time account type assigned
2. Account Balance is hidden for the Main Time Type assigned to the users' Time Profile
3. No Main Absence Time Type is assigned to users' Time Profile
Resolution
1. If main absence time type does not have a time account type, it is an expected system behavior that nothing will be shown on the Time Off tile in Homepage
2. If account balance should be shown for the main absence time type assigned on users' Time Profile, Hide Account Balance flag must be set to No for the time type Details in the Time Profile
3. If account balance needs to be shown on Time Off tile, assign a main absence time type (which has a time account type) on the Time Profile
