- How to change the Session Timeout in SAC?

Resolution
- Procedures to change the Session Timeout in SAC:
- Login to SAC
- Go to System > Administration
- In the 'system configuration' section, update the value session timeout (in seconds)
- Save the settings
- This "Session Timeout (in seconds)" setting allows you to set the amount of time before a user session expires if the user doesn't interact with the system. The minimum value is 300 seconds, and the maximum value is 43200 seconds. By default, the session timeout is set to 3600 seconds (1 hour).
- Please also pay attention that any mouse movement on this browser window would also extend the session.
