2654208 - How Sales Organization Field of Party Role Determines Under Account Team Tab

You are adding party role under account team tab and sales organization field value selection shows no records.

HTML5 and RUI

1. Go to the Customers work center
2. Go to the Accounts view
3. Open the Account XYZ (XYZ represents account id)
4. Go to Account Team facet/tab
5. Click on edit
6. Click on Sales organization value selection
7. No records found

Sales organization determination in account team has no relation with employee organization assignment and it is also not related to the sales data information maintained in the employee master data.

Sales area is not maintain under sales data tab in account.

Please follow steps to maintain the sales organization under account team tab:

1. Go to the Customers work center
2. Go to the Accounts view
3. Open the Account XYZ (XYZ represents account id)
4. Go to Sales Data tab
5. Click on New button
6. Maintain the sales area
7. Save and close
8. Now switch to Account Team tab
9. Click on edit
10. Click on sales organization value selection
11. Select the sales are
12. Save
