2654230 - Data Verification Result is Showing Open differences in BO pair Inventory - PlanningViewOfInventory

• When Data Verification Run is being executed, and the Data Flow Verification (DFV) has detected differences in the data flow between a pair of Business Objects (BO).
• The differences remained and status is open after an automatic check is repeated.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Data Flow Verification Results view.
3. Find and select the Result XXX (XXX represents the Data Flow Verification Result ID).
4. Choose Edit button.
5. Go to the Results tab.
6. Below are error messages like:
   a. Inventory ABC (ABC represents the Inventory Document ID) and Planning View of Inventory XYZ (XYZ represents the Planning View of Inventory Document ID) - differ.
   b. Unrestricted quantity in DEF and inventory quantity differ. (here DEF refers to a logistics area ID)

There is a discrepancy between the Inventory and the Planning View of Inventory which may be due to the message update from Logistics Execution Requisition to Supply Demand Planning failing. 

1. Navigate to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Data Flow Verification Results view.
3. Find and select the Result ID XXX (XXX represents the Data Flow Verification Result ID).
4. Choose 'Start Document Synchronization' button.
5. Choose 'Start Repeat Check' button once the Synchronization is completed.
6. This should resolve the inconsistencies. However, if the system is still reporting error after performing the above actions, kindly report an incident.
