2654240 - Incoming call "From" name is not displayed in CDT even when the PSTN has delivered this information

Symptom

  • When an incoming call is received from the PSTN, the incoming Calling name field is not displayed in the Communication Desktop "CDT"
  • For example, receiving the "From: "Dummy Person" sip: 5238@1XX.XX.0.10: 5060 1XX.XX.1.15"
  • Is there any setting(s) needed for processing and displaying the "Calling Name "From"" field?
