Symptom
- When an incoming call is received from the PSTN, the incoming Calling name field is not displayed in the Communication Desktop "CDT"
- For example, receiving the "From: "Dummy Person" sip: 5238@1XX.XX.0.10: 5060 1XX.XX.1.15"
- Is there any setting(s) needed for processing and displaying the "Calling Name "From"" field?
