2654451 - Additional Responsibles in the Shopping Cart Management view

User is unable to view the newly assigned persons to the shopping cart

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and User Management work center
2. Select Shopping Cart Management view (it is user specific; if this view is not visible, contact your administrator)
3. Click on the button "Click here to execute the query"
4. Select the shopping cart record and click Assign To
5. Select the user and assign the shopping to user1 (user1 is name of the user)

The Shopping Cart Management view does not display the name of the assigned user.

The user to whom the shopping is assigned is not visible in the Shopping Cart Management view because shopping carts are user specific.

The additional user details can be made visible through Personalization mode in the shopping cart. Follow the below steps:

1. Open the shopping cart X (X refers to shopping cart ID)
2. Click View All button.
3. Start the Personalization Mode
4. Here, make the Additional Responsibles option visible.

Once this is done, the additional responsible person/persons to whom the shopping cart is assigned is visible.

Note: if the shopping cart is not assigned to any user, then the Additional Responsibles hyperlink cannot be made visible from Personalization mode.
